On behalf of the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, ® Theta Bela Omega Chapter, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our official website. 

Located in the Marvelous Mid-Atlantic Region, Theta Beta Omega was chartered by twenty women on November 21, 1964. This began our history of service in Craven, Jones, and Pamlico counties that has continued for over 60 years.

Theta Beta Omega is excited to continue the mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® in Soaring to Greater Heights of Service & Sisterhood™ under the leadership of our current International President and CEO Danette Anthony Reed. Our chapter continues to be of service to all mankind as we fulfill the international program initiatives that Empower Our Families, Build Our Economic Wealth, Enhance Our Environment, Advocate for Social Justice, and Uplift Our Local Community.

Additionally, Theta Beta Omega implements activities and events that allow our members to connect with and build partnerships with other community organizations. Theta Beta Omega has engaged in service projects including serving meals to local community members, supporting families during Thanksgiving and Christmas, providing academic and debutante scholarships, and supporting causes related to health and wellness.
